ONLINE CORPORATE & TEAM STORE SALES

Worldwide Sport Supply is seeking a talented, energetic and outgoing person in the position of online team store builder. Applicants must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate the internet well.  This person will need to be able to learn trends in the apparel industry and be able to show our customers those trends while building online stores for them.  Must be a team player working with our sales, graphics, accounting and prodution teams will be a must for this position.

Team Store Lead is responsible for all aspects of team stores and is expected to proactively pursue business for team stores.
* Building Team Stores
* Working with graphics to get necessary artwork for stores
* Proactively prospecting for new stores
* Re-soliciting past stores to reopen
* Reporting on team store prospecting/ re-soliciting to Sales Manager with updates weekly/monthly/annually.
* Efficiently communicating with customers with updates on stores and working with store organizer to assure they are pushing out store information to get people to buy.
* Working with our marketing department for any social media pushes/email pushes that store organizers can use to push out store information to customers.
* Communicating with customers efficiently regarding any issues, delays, etc. that are occurring.
* Making sure product is ordered in when stores close and proactively working with purchasing.
* Schedule production for stores on production schedules.
* Document all pertinent information that we need for stores such as the store organizers complete contact information, pick up/delivery/bulk pick up/bulk delivery, fundraiser/W-9.
* Notify customers when orders are complete/ready for pick up.
* Communicate with other customer services representatives with any information they need to answer calls/emails.
* Handle any customer service issues for team store orders.

Pay will vary based on experience.  Range: $16-18  Full time or Part time.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP

Worldwide Sport Supply is looking for an energetic individual experienced in real-world design/layout for apparel artwork, catalog development and website/email design. The position requires a timely and consistent cycle for designing and completing company sales and marketing materials, including spec sheets, brochures, catalogs, press releases, print advertisements and promotional materials; in addition, hands on experience with Digital Photography, including optimizing, retouching and correcting of images are required. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must. This position also includes creation and execution of textile sports apparel and corporate designs.

The internship requires excellent communication skills and the continuous development of teamwork to improve and gain the company’s position in marketing and sales; therefore, a strong desire for creative vision, high standard of accuracy and executing to meet expected deadlines.

Tasks include but are certainly not limited to:

• Utilize several Adobe programs including Illustration, InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Design creation for use by the marketing department such as flyers, brochures, banners
• Assist with apparel mock-ups for Worldwide customers
• Design apparel presentations for online team stores and sell sheets
• Photograph and edit product images
• Create production-ready files for screen printing and vinyl application
• Design social media pushes

MARKETING INTERNSHIP

We are looking for an energetic, motivated teammate with an interest in modern marketing and promotions.

Tasks include but are certainly not limited to:

• Content creation: Blog posts, social media
• Research trends in the market
• Create promotional outreach campaigns to generate new business
• Brainstorm with executives to develop and implement new ideas
• Event planning and preparation including national level sporting events
• Collaborate with vendors on promoting new product lines
• Generate sales reporting and track email marketing analytics as needed

ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a professional and trustworthy teammate with an interest in learning the daily operations of an accounting department.

Tasks include but are certainly not limited to:

• Updating vendor pricing
• Assisting with Payroll
• Matching shipment receivers to vendor purchase orders and pricing
• Working within Odoo Accounting, including posting invoices and other daily tasks
• Assist with monthly reconciliation
• Daily administrative tasks
• Maintaining Employee Records
