What is the Loyalty Program and how do I join?

The Worldwide Sport Supply Loyalty Program allows customers to earn Reward Points that can then be redeemed during checkout to receive discounts off their orders.

To sign-up and start earning points immediately (500 points) simply register for an account on WWSPORT.com. If you already have an existing account then you are already enrolled and can access your points balance by logging in to your member points page. You may also join by creating an account during the checkout process. You just need to add a password during checkout and the account will be created and the points for joining and those earned for placing the order will be available in your account for you next purchase.

When will my points be available?

Whether it’s signing up for an account, placing an order, or leaving a product review on a product you’ve previously purchased from Worldwide Sport Supply, your points will be available immediately after each action is taken. 

Can I apply points towards previous orders?

No. Points are only available for orders placed after they are earned. You cannot apply points towards current or previous orders. 

Does my membership ever expire?

While your membership will remain open, Reward Points will expire twelve (12) months after they were earned.

In the event that Worldwide Sport Supply chooses to ends the Loyalty Rewards Program then all points will be voided and no longer available for use.

How do I access my Reward Points Balance?

You may review your available Reward Points balance by logging the member account page.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Since your reward points are tied to your member account you’ll want to make sure you use the same e-mail address each time you visit WWSPORT.com. If you have an existing account or you’re not sure if you have an account, you can request to reset your password by visiting our lost password page.

Can I receive an order for free if I have enough points?

No. Even if you have enough points to cover the full balance of your order, you may only use your point balance to cover up to 75% of your product total.
