Q: Will my order include a shipping charge? A: If your team orders are sent out in one shipment to your Coordinator, there will be no shipping charge. If orders are sent individually to each customer a shipping charge will apply. Please note: shipping arrangements are predetermined by your Coordinator.
Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). Team store items are not eligible for PayPal or Checkout by Amazon.
Q: Can my order be cancelled? A: Team store orders may be cancelled at any time before your closing date. We recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible to do so. Click here to contact Customer Service.
Q: Can my order be changed? A: As with cancellations, your order can be modified as long as it’s done before your closing date. Click here to contact Customer Service.
Q: When will I receive my order? A: Most items will ship 2-4 weeks after your store’s closing date. Team orders are done collectively so production does not start until your deadline. Please allow additional time for custom items (i.e custom singlets or fight shorts).
Q: Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit? A: All sales are final on team store orders. These items are custom made specifically for your team, per order. We want your team to have the perfect fit, so sizing kits are available upon the request of your Coordinator.
Q: What if I receive a defective item? A: We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If you feel that an item you receive is defective in any way please contact your Coordinator and we will replace the item(s).
