Posted January 04DOES NOT HAVE LATERAL STABILITY. ONLY PADS THE KNEE. I RATED IT A 5 FOR THE KNEE CUSHION AND 0 FOR STABILITY.
Posted November 20Very nice knee pad. The best part of it is the protection it offers. You can bang your knee pretty hard and won't feel a thing. It also feels comfortable. Some things to notice are that when you are on your knees, you will feel the "bump" of the pad and it'll feel bumpy and wiggly, since as you can see from the pictures, the pad is not one smooth pad. Also, because of the weird structure of the front padding, the fit isn't too tight, so you might want to go down a size. It still stays on nicely though, and is very comfortable and protective.
