
Returning your product on the web eliminates the need to call customer service during times when you're busy with life. Web returns can be picked up by your postman and scheduled for pickup so that you don't need to drive your package to a post office or UPS store. In order to return products on the web, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Your order was delivered to you less than 3 months ago.
- You signed in using an account on this site before submitting the order.
- You live in the United States.
Please note, that you will be charged $6.95 for utilizing the return label.

If you were not logged in when placing the order, you can still return your product on the web by creating an account and E-mailing customer support from the E-mail address you used while placing the order with the order number and your username. Our customer service team will adjust your account as soon as they receive the request and you will then be able to login and setup a return.
