This ball has a nice weight and not to hard
on the arms.
My rating of 10 is based on the product. I am quite pleased with the product. The price is very fair. As for customer service, I am not pleased. I paid the cost of two business day shipping.When the two days passed, I looked at my tracking confirmation to find that it would not arrive in two days. When I contacted customer service, I was told that someone would look into it and reply to me that day. That did not happen. I called twice more and was told that a refund would be issued for shipping, as it is two day guaranteed. When that occurs, the shipping service typically refunds the seller, since it is guaranteed. It has now been 12 days since I first contacted customer service. My original call was made on December 20. The ball did arrive, but I still have not received my refund for guaranteed two day shipping.

Some items went out of stock right before Christmas due to order volume. If it was out of stock for a short time, it would have delayed the shipping until the manufacturer sent us more. You WILL receive a refund for the extra shipping charge, but sometimes refunds can take a full billing cycle to show up on your payment method.
