How to Shop Online
Shopping on our web site is easy! Either use the menu items at the top of the page or the side menu at the left of the page to find the category of products you're looking for. After you've found a product you're interested in, click on it's image or name to view the details of the product. If the item offers sizes/colors, select the options you require and click the "add to cart" button.
After you've added the items to your shopping cart, click the "checkout" button in the upper-right corner of the page. The checkout page will show you all of the items in your shopping cart, collect your information for purchase and show you the estimated product, tax and shipping charges for the order.
Remember, if you want to track your order using our web site, you must create a user account and login before placing your order. If you've already placed your order without a user account, you'll need to create one and call a customer service representative to adjust your account in our system.
We will gladly exchange items that have not been used/worn and are in store bought condition with original packaging. We recommend that you try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly. Please return in the original package.
If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 days so it may be corrected immediately. Used or soiled items are not returnable and will be rejected by our returns department. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned items. Custom clothing or decorated products are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason. Items returned after 60 days for refund or credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We will ship directly to Canada and Puerto Rico only using UPS. If you live outside of the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico, you can still order from us using international checkout when purchasing. This option allows you to place your order through a third party who will ship your order to you independently.
It's important to know that ASICS will not allow us to ship out of the United States under any circumstances. If you place an order which has ASICS products on it and you're attempting to ship the order to Canada or Puerto Rico, you will be contacted by our customer service department to adjust your order appropriately.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We can only ship to Alaska and Hawaii using 2 Day Express shipping or Next Day Air service from UPS. If you select ground shipping at checkout and you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your ship method will be changed by our customer service staff to 2 Day Air.
Heavyweight & Oversized Shipping
Some of the items we sell are considered "heavyweight" or "oversized", like a volleyball ball cart. Items such as this may have extra shipping charges applied after your order has been placed. You will be contacted by our customer service department if they need to change your order.

If you want to place your order on our web site, you're able to pay using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. We also offer the option of checking our using our Amazon user account, so that you can use an already saved payment method from your Amazon user account. If you've received a gift card/certificate, you're able to redeem that on the web; but only one gift card can be entered and you still must enter a credit card in case we have to charge you.
When placing an order with one of our customer service representatives over the phone, you can use any of the credit card types mentioned above, but Checkout by Amazon is not available. On top of paying by credit card, we're also able to process electronic checks by phone and will accept a check payment by mail. Orders with a mailed payment will not ship until the payment has cleared with our bank.
