Calculating duties on shipments going to Canada has always been a problem and isn't included in your estimated costs when placing an order on-line. We know this is troublesome and we have heard your calls to fix it. Our tech staff has met with UPS technicians to develop a way to store the estimated duties for a shipment and display that to you.
We apologize, but this won't be ready until sometime in the beginning of 2008. We just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know that your complaints don't fall on deaf ears!
