Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted by fax only from educational or governmental institutions only if they are responsible for payment. Please fax all purchase orders to 800.550.6850. All orders for clubs, groups, organizations, etc. must be prepaid by credit card or check. A valid, signed purchase order by a finance officer or principle is required prior to processing your order. Please include phone number for purchasing or accounts payable on all purchase orders. All purchase orders are verified through the business office. All prices are FOB, Worldwide Sport Supply will prepay shipping and handling and add it to your invoice. Standard terms are Net 30 days. To expedite your purchase order, be sure to include an estimated 10% shipping & handling fee. Also be sure to include sizing and colors of the products you are ordering and decorating instructions if applicable. Each order is acknowledged with an anticipated ship date determined by the amount of work in progress. This ship date is anticipated but not guaranteed. Worldwide Sport Supply will not assume additional expense required to expedite delivery, such as Next Business Day, Express Shipping, or any other special delivery charges. **We do not accept “at once delivery” purchase orders to be billed on future budgeted funds.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping & handling fees for orders shipped to New York State.
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
