Shipping Methods
Orders containing items which are in-stock only will ship immediately. Orders over $400 or including heavyweight or oversized products may require extra shipping charges due to the size or weight of the items. The shipping provider for your order will automatically be assigned based on where the package is shipping to and what options you selected at checkout. Shipment time is counted from the time the package leaves our warehouse; processing could take an additional 1-2 days.
- Standard Ground
Your order will arrive 4 to 7 business days after the package has shipped. Holidays and weekends are not included in ground shipping transit time estimates. Orders which are eligible for free ground shipping which are being shipped to a location outside of the continental US will be adjusted to reflect the appropriate shipping rate. Packages shipped FedEx ground are delivered Tuesday-Saturday.- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Day**)
Your order will arrive in 2 to 3 business days after the package has shipped. Holidays and weekends are not included in express shipping transit time estimates. Orders placed prior to 1:00PM Eastern will ship the same day the order is submitted, if all items are in-stock.
**Express shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically takes 3 to 4 business days.- Next Business Day
Your order will arrive 1 business day after the package has shipped. Holidays and weekends are not included in express shipping transit time estimates. For a surcharge, Next Business Day packages are eligible for Saturday delivery by selecting the Saturday Delivery button during checkout. Next day orders can arrive as late as 7:00PM on the day of delivery; if you need your package before that time, call one of our customer service representatives for early delivery. Orders placed prior to 1:00PM Eastern will ship the same day the order is submitted, if the items are in-stock.- Customer Pickup
If you live in the Binghamton, NY area, you can select in-store pickup at checkout. Customer pickup is free, however you must travel to our location at 145 North Jensen Road, Vestal, NY to retrieve the items yourself.
Heavyweight & Oversized Shipping
Some of the items we sell are considered "heavyweight" or "oversized", like a volleyball ball cart. Items such as this may have extra shipping charges applied after your order has been placed. You will be contacted by our customer service department if they need to change your order.
International Shipping
We will ship directly to Canada and Puerto Rico only using FedEx. If you live outside of the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico, you can still order from us using international checkout when purchasing. This option allows you to place your order through a third party who will ship your order to you independently.
It's important to know that ASICS will not allow us to ship out of the United States under any circumstances. If you place an order which has ASICS products on it and you're attempting to ship the order to Canada or Puerto Rico, you will be contacted by our customer service department to adjust your order appropriately.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We can only ship to Alaska and Hawaii using 2 Day Express shipping or Next Day Air service from FedEx. If you select ground shipping at checkout and you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your ship method will be changed by our customer service staff to 2 Day Air.
