Order Confirmation
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

The first confirms that your order has been received; this e-mail should arrive immediately following your order.

The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link in the Help section of our website.

Order Tracking
There are two ways you can track your packages:

By your shipping confirmation email -
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a UPS tracking number (United Parcel Service) in the shipment notification email. Note: Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer in which an order may show as being shipped but doesn't include a tracking number.

By clicking on order status on our site -
On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
*If your order appears late, remember: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Overnight orders placed after 8 a.m ET are processed the following day. Express delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

Change In Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.

Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, your credit card will not charge you for the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping.
