Worldwide Sport Supply is currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Warehouse Associate in our Vestal, NY facility. If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping and receiving, coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming products
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Requirements: A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
A successful Warehouse Associate will possess the following:
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
- Must be very good with numbers
- General computer skills for basic data entry

CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES
Seeking an energetic, professional individual who is eager to learn new things while working in a fast paced environment. Previous customer service and/or call center experience is preferred but not required. Preferred candidate is able to multi task and demonstrates initiative to continue to grow within the company. Must be computer literate and able to type a minimum of 50 WPM. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

DESIGN/LAYOUT
Energetic individual experienced in real-world design/layout for print and web. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must. Ideal candidate will hit the ground running like a bat out of hell. Excellent grammar and language skills, logic, resourcefulness, discerning taste and positive attitude are required. Photography skills a plus.
