Worldwide Sport Supply was a major sponsor of the 2008 New York State Section IV Championship this past weekend.  We had a ton of fun watching the matches and talking to local wrestlers about their favorite wrestling gear.  Aside from the event t-shirts, the most popular items sold were our Sock Guy wrestling socks.  The wrestlers went crazy over the College Team Socks.  The Ohio State Socks and the Mudflap Socks were big hits.

We also brought samples of the new 2008 ASICS Wrestling Shoes and adidas Wrestling Shoes.  The wrestlers were psyched to see what's coming out for next season.  Holding up the New Asics Ultratek Wrestling Shoes, one kid said "these are wicked nasty!"  Enough said, I guess!
