The NFHS has announced a rule change which allow new colors to be used for competition volleyballs. In the past, schools were required to use an all white volleyball. This rule change allows schools to continue using the all white option or teams are now allowed to use a multi-colored, paneled volleyball with a maximum of 3 colors. This change will come into effect for the 2010 - 2011 season.
