It's really important during the summer time heat to have the correct gear on. Especially if you are attending camps in the hot sun. Many companies have off-shoots of the wicking tecnology. I believe that Under Armour still has some of the best technology on the market. Their product will keep you cool and has limited UV protection as well. Another great piece of gear are the Asics Gel Volleycross Volleyball shoe. It allows you to play and practice on the court, but it will also give you enough support and comfort for cross-training. Now you don't have to switch shoes when you go from the gym to the court!
